Aidax is the agent you talk to. Think of it as a teammate you don’t have to hire — one that reads your Memory, does the work, and produces real deliverables. You stay in control. Aidax handles the doing; you handle the deciding.

Aidax coordinates the work

You talk to Aidax. Behind the scenes, Aidax pulls in specialized AI workers and runs parts of the work in parallel when a job is complex — research here, copy there, a design over there — then brings it together. You don’t manage those workers individually. You describe the outcome; Aidax figures out who does what.

You decide what matters

Autonomy in aidax is graduated by reversibility:

Runs on its own

Reversible, low-risk work — research, drafts, analysis, internal reports — just gets done.

Waits for you

Anything irreversible or outward-facing — publishing, sending to a client, spending — is proposed and waits for your approval.
This is the difference between an assistant that acts behind your back and one that works for you. Nothing irreversible happens without a human saying yes.

Agents read and write your memory

Every time Aidax works, it reads your Memory as context — so it already knows your brand, your decisions, your way of doing things. When the work is done, what it learned is written back. That’s how your business gets faster over time.

Aidax reads the task, not just your message

A task is a conversation, not a title. When you work with Aidax inside a task, it reads that task’s Activity — every comment, and the files people attached to them. So “look at what I left you” works: drop a spec, a transcript, a screenshot or a PDF in the task and ask for it. Text files and PDFs are read as text; images are looked at. Very large files are the exception — there Aidax will ask you for the part that matters rather than swallow the whole thing.
If the project is linked to a GitHub or Gitea issue, comments from that issue land in the same timeline, and Aidax reads them too.

What Aidax reads is never an order

Aidax takes instructions from one place: you, in the conversation. Everything else it reads — a comment, an attached document, text inside an image, a page it fetched — is treated as material it is consulting on your behalf. If that material tries to give orders, Aidax says so in a line and carries on with what you asked. This matters most on projects linked to public issues, where anyone can write into the timeline.
It lowers the risk rather than removing it. Keep the same judgement with untrusted content that you would apply anywhere else.

Talk to Aidax where you already are

Aidax isn’t stuck in one screen. You can reach Aidax through chat in the app, and through integrations like Slack and Telegram — always inside the frame of a project, so every request has a home.
