aidax has a small set of concepts. Learn these and everything else falls into place.

Workspace

Your business’s home and control panel. See the health of every project at a glance.

Project

A focused piece of work: define → execute → review. The workshop where things get made.

Memory

Everything your business knows — facts, notes, and reusable playbooks. Grows as work gets done.

Apps & Assets

What aidax produces. Apps you open and use; Assets you reuse to build more.

Agents

The AI workers that do the work — coordinated for you, with you approving what matters.

Playbooks

Reusable, runnable recipes. Write once, run on demand or on a schedule.

How they fit together

  • Your Workspace holds everything for one business or brand.
  • Inside it, you run Projects — each one a scoped piece of work.
  • Agents (and your team) execute the project and produce Apps & Assets — the real deliverables.
  • What the work teaches gets distilled into Memory, so your business is smarter next time.
  • When something becomes repeatable, it graduates into a Playbook that can run itself.
Two words to keep straight: aidax organizes your work (Projects) separately from your durable results and knowledge (Apps, Assets, Memory). Archive a project to tidy up — its deliverables and learnings live on.

Memory at three altitudes

A recurring idea in aidax — borrowed from how well-run companies report in three levels (Vision / Strategy / Execution) — is that memory lives at three altitudes: Learning flows upward: execution becomes knowledge, knowledge shapes direction. More on this in Memory.
